Organisational Effectiveness

SELECTING THE TOOLS YOU NEED

TO CREATE THE SERVICE YOU WANT

Maggie White of Herculeia Consulting has international experience in delivering human support services to a wide range of service user and stakeholder groups. She has advised and worked in both the Not-for-Profit and Government sectors. Her work includes designing and delivering programmes, leading teams and above all finding and developing new ways to address old problems.

Her systemic approach combined with her skills in recovery and leadership mean that the successful outcomes often endure far beyond the funding cycle. They impact on many more people than just direct service recipients. They also lead to high levels of staff achievement and satisfaction.

She is passionate about bringing an integrated and strategic approach to the challenges people and organisations face. She draws on her systemic and cultural awareness backgrounds underpinned by sustainable business-based thinking. The dialogue processes she uses can draw out deep and innovative thinking from across the organisation.
